After you have signed up for a Coaching Plan, have been introduced to your coach, and have begun the initial setup of your annual nutrition plan, your coach will provide your session summaries and a pdf version of our gut-friendly cookbook via email.
You will typically receive your session schedule at least one week in advance. After you perform those workouts and follow the meal plan, reach out to your coach for feedback. Your coach will analyze that data each week or daily, depending on your Coaching Package level. This analysis will either be emailed or discussed with your coach on the phone. This data and analysis will provide the coach with the information needed to plan your future nutrition and training as well as monitor your progress.
You will communicate with your Coach each week to review your nutrition and discuss future training, goals, events, supplement strategy, gear/equipment, and other therapeutic resources.
